What kind of qualifications does Karl Rove have for that position besides being a lardass?

WELL, he is quite an accomplished CRAZY BASTARD!
He is Bushy's senior advisor and MASTER political strategist (i.e. he tells senor idiotface mctexanpants what to do). Then there was that Valerie Plame (the CIA agent) business. Her husband, Joe Wilson, publicly put down Rove's spurious WMD in Iraq claims so he throws her out of the proverbial closet (the CIA closet, yay!).
